Click2Credit — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Introduction

Click2Credit helps people apply for personal loans from regulated lending partners through www.click2credit.in (the "Website"). The Website is operated by “NobleCred Private Limited” ("Click2Credit", "we", "us", "our").

We are a loan facilitator, not a lender. Our lending partners make the loan decision and set the loan terms. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By using the Website, submitting your details to us, or messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to handle your loan enquiry and to run the Website.

  • Details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, city or PIN code, date of birth, employment type, income, the loan amount and purpose you are interested in, and anything else you enter on our forms. Mandatory fields are marked; you can leave optional fields blank.
  • Technical and usage data: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and the ad or link that brought you to the Website. This is collected through cookies and similar tools (see section 6).
  • WhatsApp data: your WhatsApp number, profile name, the messages you send us, and whether our messages were delivered or read.

If you choose not to share information we ask for, we may not be able to process your enquiry.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • respond to your enquiry and contact you about your loan application;
  • pass your application details to our lending partners so they can assess it, with your consent;
  • verify your identity and help prevent fraud and misuse;
  • send you service messages such as application updates and reminders;
  • send you offers and promotional messages, only where you have agreed to receive them;
  • understand how the Website is used, improve it, and measure our advertising;
  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations and handle your complaints.

We do not use your information for any purpose that is unrelated to these.

4. WhatsApp and other messages

We message you on WhatsApp, SMS, call or email only if you have given us your contact details and agreed to hear from us, for example by ticking the consent box on our form or by messaging us first.

  • What we send: service messages about your enquiry or application and, where you have agreed, offers and information about loans.
  • Opting out: you can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to a WhatsApp message or by contacting us through the Website. We will stop promotional messages promptly after you ask.
  • How WhatsApp handles messages: WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Messages sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform are also processed by Meta and by the messaging provider we use, and are subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
  • What we will not ask for: we will never ask you to share your OTP, passwords or card PIN on WhatsApp.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

  • Lending partners: when you apply, we share your details with the lending partner(s) so they can assess your application. They handle your information under their own privacy policies, and we tell you who the lender is before you submit your details.
  • Service providers: companies that help us run the Website, send messages, verify details or analyse usage. They may use your information only to provide their service to us and must keep it confidential.
  • Legal and safety: government authorities, courts or regulators where the law requires it, and where needed to investigate fraud or protect the rights and safety of any person.

We may also share information that has been combined or anonymised so that it does not identify you.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The Website uses cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and analytics tools, to keep the Website working, understand how it is used, and measure how our ads on Meta platforms perform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Website may then not work properly.

7. Data security

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards: the Website uses encryption (HTTPS) when data travels between your device and us, access is limited to people who need it and who are bound by confidentiality, and our service providers must protect the information they handle for us. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as they apply to us.

No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not share your OTP or passwords with anyone.

8. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or for as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise it.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 9). If you have taken a loan from a lending partner, that partner may keep the information it needs for as long as the loan and the law require.

9. Your choices and rights

You can, at any time:

  • ask to see the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or update information that is wrong;
  • withdraw your consent to contact or to the use of your information;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • opt out of promotional messages.

To use any of these rights, contact us through the Website. We will respond within the time the law requires. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did with your information before you withdrew it, and we may not be able to continue helping with your enquiry afterwards. Where a lending partner already holds your information for a loan you have taken, its own policy applies to that information.

10. Children

Our services are for adults aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone below that age, and we delete it if we find that we have.

11. Data storage and transfers

We store your information on servers located in India. If a service provider handles your information outside India, we make sure the transfer follows the law that applies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we will tell you through the Website or by message.
